Welcome to Voice Changer (the “App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voice Changer mobile application and related services provided by us.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The Voice Changer App allows users to record, modify, and save audio using voice-changing effects and related features.

You agree to use the App:

Only for lawful purposes

In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

In accordance with these Terms

You must not:

Use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities

Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App unlawfully

Misuse the App in a way that disrupts services or violates others’ rights

Audio recordings created using the App are stored locally on your device.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, use, or share through the App.

We do not claim ownership over your recordings.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and modify any audio.

The App offers optional subscriptions and in-app purchases to unlock premium features.

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing using com.android.vending.BILLING

Prices, billing periods, and features are displayed clearly before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via Google Play.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

Refunds and cancellations are handled entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

We do not process refunds directly.

The App may display advertisements and use third-party SDKs for:

Advertising

Analytics

Crash reporting

Performance optimization

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Features may change or be removed without prior notice.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from app updates or feature changes.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be error-free or uninterrupted

All features will work perfectly on every device

Results from voice effects will meet every expectation

Use the App at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We are not responsible for data loss, device issues, or misuse of the App

We are not liable for third-party services, ads, or billing issues handled by Google Play

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

These Terms are violated

The App is used unlawfully or abusively

Required by law or policy

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the App or on the listing page. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
